Retailers may place orders over the phone, via email or fax to the following numbers. Payment with either MasterCard or Visa is required before shipping.

Minimum Order

Only $100 to open and $50 for re-order. Can you believe it is that low?

Shipping

Unless requested otherwise orders will be shipped within 7 days via UPS regular ground.
